Finally
It’s been a while since my last post, haven’t been around since Mar, 26th, 2008 says my old live journal blog post and truth is that I’ve missed the writing, the interaction the photos, the lovely comments and the progress, I stopped because I thought it consumed to much of my spare time that I wanted to use to learn more, read more, do more of what I love but 6 months later after my last entry I realized that blogging was part of my creative process. Ive always had trouble with consistency, because there is always something else out there that grabs my attention and suddenly I find myself in another direction focusing on my next discovery, so blogging helps to keep track of all the madness and reminds me of what I left behind.
So I decided to start modestly with this micro - blog format and take it from there, because in this time I’ve designed 3 almost 4 blog layouts with all the bells and whistles and I haven’t been entirely satisfied with any of them, my boyfriend says I’m crazy but I’m a little picky when it comes to my own stuff U_U and because I wanted something to break the design - discard circle I’ve been in to and finally show something for it, I ended up with this simple m-blog as the solution a temporal space, practical, clean where I can share what’s happening and what’s yet to come as I continue to work with my final blog layout.
At first I forgot it didn’t support comments but I added something to enable them :) the form is shy and you just need to click on each post to find it, that way I could keep the design simple without adding extra buttons and stuff ohh and also on the bottom of each blog you can find a little + symbol that you can use to share the content re-tweet, re-blog, digg it, email etc. you name it ^_^ I will also keep posting WIP (work in progress) photos in my flickr and sharing random stuff on my twitter, I also have a facebook but I don’t use it as much as the other two, but you can still add me if you want.
So there you go! What do you think? It’s a nice start right ^_^
I’m happy that I’ve just begun again it feels good and natural, will try to post often and keep everything updated and now I’m off because as always I’m a little behind on work and on my art project also, need to finish a logo a custom munny is half way through and emails need to be sent , so I hope you have a nice week.
